ThetaHealing is offered virtually over Zoom, where I create a space for you to leave the outside noise behind. You’ll be amazed at the connection that’s possible with a private room, headphones and some breathing. Together, we’ll drop in to the theta brainwave where your energy body is able to decompress and tune in to itself.

What is theta?
If you’ve ever been in deep concentration and didn’t hear your name being called next to you, you've experienced it - theta is a trance-like state where your brain waves slow down and filter through distractions to zone in on a subject.

ThetaHealing is a technique used to map the thought patterns and belief systems interfering with your intentions and overall flow.

During session, we'll use your awareness, permission and witnessing to heal. I’ll relay psychic insight, from your Higher Self and energy body, about the Soul Purpose of your experience and how to transform it from a higher perspective.

Then, we’ll update your system with downloads that form new neural pathways for you to respond from.

Each session will bridge unconscious programs with conscious programs that feel authentic, empowering, uplifting, loving and just plain good in the body!
