Each session is held within a calm, intentional container, creating space for the body to arrive, settle and integrate. The extended time supports recalibration and a sustained sense of clarity.

Sessions take place in a private, discreet, one-on-one setting. The work emphasizes gentle grounding, encouraging the body’s relaxation response and fostering regeneration.
